We will custom design a plan and a schedule that fits you and your family's needs, including cooking nutrient dense, healthy and delicious meals, basal and bolus strategies for those using insulin, natural ways to lower blood sugar, and positive behavioral counseling on the emotional and psychological aspects of living with diabetes. Optional trips to the beautiful Niagara Falls and boating/sailing on the Niagara River
